Anuj joins Quatrro as a member of the core team. He brings over 12 years of experience managing large contact centre operations to general management of manufacturing units in garment & home furnishing.

Anuj in his past assignment with Convergys headed operations for Microsoft, prior to that he was part of the growing team at Spectramind leading a team of 300 plus members in managing operations for Dell. Anuj is a certified 6 sigma green belt specializing in technical helpdesk & sales process improvement solutions, bringing with him relevant process & quality knowledge. He has been associated with the Quatrro Management team, since joining Spectramind.
